Nice ambience, nice friendly staff, good quality

Ice cream is delicious, but card payments are not possible ... And that in 2020

Ate delicious there today. 😋 A star had to be deducted anyway ... I wanted to pay by card, but only cash payments were accepted. A no-go, especially in times of COVID-19.

Handlebar ice cream and drinks. The scoop of ice cream to take away costs one euro and the quality and size of the scoops are completely OK.

Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. The portions are about 30% smaller for the same price 😡

Ice cream and crepes are ok. Disturbing factors for me are the unfriendliness and the lack of attention of the service. They prefer to stand on the corner with their cell phone in hand and take selfi and tap on them diligently. On the day visited, 5 waitresses were present, 4 of whom were on the cell phone. An absolute no-go in gastronomy.

After we sat there for a while (with our son, who could hardly wait for his ice cream) to place our order, a listless employee came after what felt like an eternity, who then took our order totally uninterested. After what felt like an eternity came our order, which was then just as listlessly pushed onto the table and the ice cream from our son also looked exactly as you expected due to the attitude of the employee. Too bad, because the ice cream tasted relatively good and the prices are ok too. However, the behavior of the employee leaves a strange aftertaste. Therefore I can only give 2 stars.

Instead of vanilla ice cream, we got a cheese ice cream 🤢 with the crepes coated with excessive cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles. Despite complaints, no improvements were made. The latte macchiato consisted almost entirely of milk and was just as inedible as the ice cream, which was spread all over the plate thanks to the warm crepes. We had to pay at the counter because the waitress was talking. After again pointing out the shortcomings and the failure to remedy the defect, we were given € 5 instead of € 2.80 change despite rejection and the next time with the note sorry to say something etwas what we actually did. They probably thought we had compensated, which with a sum of 17.20 € for something that was not edible, seemed rather ridiculous. We will definitely not stop there 👎👎👎

We sat there long enough without a waitress taking the order .... When we made ourselves known, we got the answer that a colleague was responsible. Unfortunately she didn't tell him that we want to order. Then we gave our money to another ice cream shop. With a tip of course!

Already 45 minutes before the shop closed we were clearly signaled how uninvited we still came. The card looked good, unfortunately after about 10 minutes of waiting there was no order. If open until 8 p.m., late guests should also be treated in a friendly manner.

Unfortunately, totally unfriendly conditions ... At first we were ignored for 10 minutes until we were allowed to order. Then came from the waitress "once that and once that, nothing else?" Then it was time to wait. So we were able to marvel at the faces of the staff, who were totally disinterested, annoyed and bored running through the area. The food was okay so far. To pay we had to ask 3 times ... We then wanted to list what we had ordered, we were immediately interrupted and got a bill with a very unfriendly puff ... No thanks, we will definitely not go there anymore, stress or no stress, customer is king!

The ice is excellent, the conditions (except for one exception in the front area) are great. Only the toilets leave much to be desired. Hardly toilet paper, water at sink defective, fan does not always work and towels for the hands not available. With the toilets urgently something should be made, there is still much air up.

Breakfast - Everything your heart desires. Pleasant atmosphere! Service courteous, friendly and relaxed. (Cool!) Preparation happens before "your eyes".

Simple coffee. It could be better

It's a really wonderful place. You can eat delicious ice-cream, drink an enjoyable Italian coffee or eat an exquisite crepes! The employees are very helpful and gracious. I will certainly return to eat another of their spectacular eiscafe and to drink one of their special cappuccinos.
